I was told they added extra sauce as I requested, but it was still incredibly dry. They also forgot to include the ingredients I asked for. I ordered a sub with everything except pickles and carrots, and you can see the result for yourself. I will be choosing a different location in the future. I do not support this.
Typically, this restaurant is great for takeout, and I often place mobile orders. However, I've noticed that there's a noticeable difference in service quality depending on who is working. The A team is efficient and fast, while the B team tends to be slower and struggles with managing online orders.
Why do I get coupons sent to my house for this place and my man went up there to order sandwiches and the dude is talking about we don’t take coupons now go figure that place has no one in there and has every last review is 1 star for the past 4-5 reviews shut it down ???

Malik is the best always makes my complicated sandwiches perfect and has great customer service. I eat here almost daily because of it.
