We tried to order a cold cut combo but Anna told us they of cold cuts. Never offered any alternatives. My wife order a tuna sandwich with a side of roast beef. Anna place the roast beef on the sandwich. We were charged for a roast beef sand which. We all wanted tomatoes on our sandwiches we were told they were of tomatoes as Olivia made an online order with ... tomatoes. I ordered a Cali Fresh wrap. I visited this restaurant on Thursday, December 7th, 2023, at 8:45 PM. The sign clearly indicated that they were open, but for some reason, two staff members decided to close early. According to their posted hours online, they should have been open until 9 PM. I stood at the door, and instead of assisting me, they just laughed and ignored me, despite the fact that the business was supposed to be operating.
First of all, one employee which was a young brunette hair girl didn't acknowledge my presence as I stood. I said hello and she just looked at me and continue to do a sandwich. I was annoyed and waited patiently until I nice older lady helped me. Then, I went to go get my drink and the machine was not working, there was no ice dispensing just the drinks.
I placed an online order for pick up, but they didn’t check the ticket. Mine specifically listed lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, and bacon, but instead I received spinach, cucumber, olives, and banana peppers. What a surprise! Lesson learned – no more online orders. You really have to keep an eye on them!

Jacob has superb customer service and is not at all bothered with going the extra mile to get your sub just the perfect way you want it....im one happy guy when i come to this sub and he attends me and my family....????
They don't do any promotion on the app in this store, they do not want to provide any deal as their official website. Ordered full price but employees did not follow the instructions at all. Never gonna come again
My new main restaurant. The girls here are so nice and friendly. The girl at the register was very kind and welcoming. The other girls were fast. Thanks ladies. My daughter and I are inside and had a great meal.
Food and meats were old the drinks tea tastes like water and the employee sneezed and step to the side and came back without washing his hands or gloves I will not go back there not good
