I was part of a church youth group of 160 people and we needed a stop that was halfway between Coloma and our hometown. We were able to order 160 sandwiches in advance from Paul. We didn't know what to expect and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile by Brandi who told us that Paul threw in free cookies for everyone. She and one of her associates helped us take all of the food to the outside seating area (she insisted on doing this because the boxes were so heavy). We went out of our way during a long road trip to visit this Subway because it had good ratings. Since it was very busy, we decided to place a mobile order. However, the store claimed they never received our order and refused to honor it using the same code from the app. In the end, we didn’t receive any food, but my card was charged for the full order. I would be cautious about this location. There are plenty of other Subways along the I-5, so I recommend choosing a different one. It was a really frustrating experience.
I ordered a steak with onions and peppers, and this is what I received (see picture below). It cost over $20. When I pointed it out to the young man at the register, he casually mentioned that prices had gone up and it wasn't their fault, which I found rude. I paid in cash, but he didn't give me a receipt, so I'm sure Uncle Sam is getting shortchanged too. I suggest you stay away from this place.
The best subway experience I have ever had no lie. Karina helped me and she was on. Clean, changed gloves paid attention and was quick. So was the other young lady working. They were doing the damn thing!!!!! Thank you !!!!

This is one of the best Subways I’ve ever visited! It might sound a bit cheesy, but I genuinely felt that my sandwich was made with the utmost care!
Using old bread for serving , staff shows very rude attraction. Never visit to this subway location again.
