Came here for two meatball subs. Line was long but I waited since it was the closest one to my house. The reason for the one star is simple...It would be nice to give a courtesy announcement if they know they are low on certain things. For example, my example lolI waited a good while for them to tell meThat they did not have enough for two foot long meatball subs, bruh! So because of this, I had to drive to Bell Gardens to get what I wanted ‍I don 't feel like my review is too harsh. It 's common sense/common courtesy tho. Sheesh.Anyway, I hope whoever reads this has a good day/night. Thanks for reading

I visited the restaurant yesterday at 9 PM and placed a mobile order. When I arrived, there was a sign indicating that the restaurant was closed for 20 minutes, even though my order had been prepared in advance. I waited for the full 20 minutes, but no one came to assist me. I tried calling for help but received no response. As a result, I was unable to pick up my order. I reached out to customer service, but all they did was thank me for sharing my experience. It's disappointing to see that I couldn't even get a refund!

Feeling frustrated, I walked away. My girlfriend still wanted to buy something, so she went back in while I stopped by Del Taco next door for a burrito. When she got inside, the employee there was just sitting down and staring at her, then walked out. We asked if there was anyone available to assist us, and a girl outside said, “Oh yeah, there’s another girl inside, but she doesn’t want to come out.” What an amazing service experience—keep it up!

Terrible location. Couldn't order online because somehow the the turkey sandwich is unavailable so I went to the location to see if it was just a glitch and when I entered I saw a worker passing by and didn't say anything at all when he saw me. I waited and no one came out so I left. It's a Saturday and no one was inside. Nothing should be more important than your customers but I guess that's out the door now a days. This place is small, lacks a restroom, and is perfect for a morning visit since there’s usually no line! However, my main issue is the rising prices – they've gone up by more than 50 cents, plus taxes on top of that. I used to love grabbing breakfast and lunch here, but now I think I’ll need to start making these sandwiches at home.

It was right before lunch time, but was not crowded.. Had a bad experience with my sandwich. Artist seem like he was in a rush, throwing everything did not listen to what I was asking for. unfortunately he was. too busy to accommodate me, has no people skills

Never been there, tried to call, but mailbox full . Allowed someone to hack my account and order from it, but has no way to contact/report or stop a thief. Pay cash at this location, they don 't take customer privacy seriously.

It's lunch time and they only have two people working behind the counter!!!! WTF?! Seriously, someone needs to fire the manager. You should at least have 4 team set up during rush hr. Réservez une table maintenant
