Kyla (I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly) offered fantastic service. Bought a 12 for my son so he could have half for his lunch the next day and she packed the two halves separately without being asked. She gave us mayo on the side so that the sub wouldn't be soggy the next day. The level of service I received from her is seldom seen in the fast food industry. As usual, the food was fresh and delicious.
After waiting for 10 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. I finally ordered 2 6 inch subs. After another 7 mins only 1 of the subs in the line in front of me were ready for sauce. There were 4 more to go. I just told them I don't have enough time for this and left. The guy in front of me said it would be faster to drive to Orleans to get one. Ridiculous. Never again will I go there.
Bread was so stale I could break a window with it! Sandwich was terrible very little toppings dry and stale.....I think this restaurant needs a look over from the franchise offices.....I'll never eat here again.....for the price I paid I'd rather go into town to firehouse subs and get a truly fresh sub......
