The restaurant is experiencing financial losses because of the negative attitude of the overnight worker. When I entered, I noticed that he was already wearing gloves while on his phone. He was speaking derisively in a language I did not understand. When I asked him to repeat himself, he responded disrespectfully, clearly showing his intention through his facial expression.

I love this restaurant because it always has almost everything I need. The only downside is the security guards at the entrance who frequently ask for my receipt, making me feel like I'm being accused of stealing. This can be uncomfortable and disrespectful to customers.
