The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. However, I was concerned to see that only one young woman was working there last night. I believe for safety reasons and better customer service, there should always be at least two employees on duty. While I was waiting in line, a couple outside the door seemed suspicious - the man refused to enter, while the woman stood at the door talking quietly with him. He even shined a flashlight into the window, giving me a bad feeling about the situation. It made me realize the importance of having someone else with her. I haven't seen a subway as clean and well-run as this one in years. The food line had scoops so the staff didn't have to use their hands, everything was spotless, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and the sandwich I ordered was delicious. The soda fountain was also very clean with no mildew around the ice maker. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this restaurant.
