I took my 3 boys there on Sunday the 17th around 11:30 ish… The Iranian guy who help us was very unpleasant, moody.. When I ask for water cups he told me he doesn’t have water cups then I told him give me the regular cups then, he told me he can’t… Then he saw my face that I was not happy so he told me let me check the back then he came back with the water cups…one of the sandwich he made was falling apart… I was also there a week ago on Saturday another guy helped us he was great unfortunately I don’t remember his name.. Hopefully, I will get a nice employee next time because my boys love subway sandwiches!

The receipt has #519 as served by. I GOT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY BECAUSE OF THE CASHIER WHO PREPARED MY ORDER OF 12” OF THE PHILLY SUB FOR RHE AMOUNT OF $12.81. UNRESPECTFULLY THE CASHIER DID NOT USE ETHNIC WAY TO CHANGE SOME INGREDIENTS OF MY ORDER AND MADE ME FEEL UNSAFE TO LEAVE THE STORE OR I WOULD BE IN DANGER. HE FORCED MY TO TAKE THE SANDWICH AND PAY FOR IT WITHOUT CHANGING IT AS I WANTED. HE DESCRIBED AS A SHORT HISPANIC MAN IN HIS 30’s WITH DARK SKIN.SOME SERIOUSLY APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM.
My husband was there today to order sandwiches. Mine was suppose to be a BLT with Turkey added. The sandwich was stuffed with tomatoes and lettuce and lots of mayo. 2 pieces of bacon and a cpl slices of turkey. The roll was dry. My husband was trying to help the guy but he couldn't get it. Worst sandwich ever. Next time we go to Jersey Mike's. Train your people. Réservez une table maintenant
The customer service is outstanding! I urgently needed a need a platter to be ready within 20 minutes. They worked with me and brought everything out bagged and ready to go! They processed my credit card over the phone and I was able to run in and run out to my lunch appointment. Thanks again, best customer service I have received in a looonng time!
