I ordered online from this special franchise 3x. for the first time they ran out of the broth, accused me and had no food for my family. the second time, I ordered 3 12 subparts and was calculated for such, and reordered 6 subparts. the third time, the website never updated that the delivery came, and 40 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, the delivery service finally appeared. when I was ready to go to the subway to get the order itself, sick and contagious. they try to call the phone number every three times, and it is disconnected! only terrible. I order the delivery for our health, I pay extra. These young are a hot chaos.
Got served the saddest sandwich ever today. The quality of the ingredients were meh at best. The sandwich tasted no better than something pre packaged. It's obvious that Subway as a chain is hurting and needs to do something. I would pay more for higher quality ingredients and better service. They don't even out napkins out for customer. The only reason why I'm eating here is because it in Walmart and I'm rushed for time.
I felt uncomfortable because the server wasn't speaking loudly enough for me to hear. He processed the order before the sandwich was finished, so I had to ask him to add the rest of the items. The sandwich was not wrapped properly and came unwrapped in the bag. Despite being the only person in line, I felt rushed. Additionally, my sandwich had very few ingredients.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a large Icee and the man made mess all over the cup. Not wanting to get sticky, I politely asked him to double cup it. He told me he couldn't because of inventory...Seriously? He refused to give me a clean cup so I just walked away.I couldn't imagine what ordering a Sandwich from him would be like.

I've been going here the last few months and I have nothing but good things to say about this crew! All have outstanding customer service and can get a sandwich done promptly and tasting amazing. Every time I come in they have a smile on their faces and a pep in their step.
Sam did an excellent job with our sandwiches. Quick, professional, and the ingredients were spaced out like they should be, unlike most Subways. We've gotten great service here several times. Definitely recommend.
This location was great a few months ago. Went in today and not only did service take forever but there are fruit flies swarming the drink area. Find another Subway to go to, there are so many in NH.
Sandwiches are good but the lady has quite an attitude with your customers
