We went in today and it took 50 minutes to make 5 subs. There were too young lady’s in there Mary and Sam. As soon as we came in Sam ran to the back and made Mary make all the sandwiches. Which is funny because I came in two weeks ago and Sam wouldn’t start making my sandwiches until her partner came back from break. New management isn’t helping, we all know subway doesn’t pay there employees well, so this is why you get this service in return. We tipped Mary $20 because she had to do it all by herself! Sam you need to learn work ethic! Management if you cared about this place.. you would be there until you had trained employees.
Really disappointed to have my online order cancelled ? no phone call why and wasn’t able to contact anyone at the store. BUT there website showed steps ordered received building and completed. Super frustrating. And was told once I got to the store that my order was cancelled bc they didn’t have one of the things that I ordered. It was super confusing due the emailing saying one thing and website saying my order was complete.
Can’t give it zero stars, but It deserves it. We went today for lunch, at about 1230. It said open, and when we went in there was no employees to be found. We could have made our own sandwiches and no one would have noticed. We yelled and yelled, and eventually gave up. Right as we’re leaving the parking lot a lady finally came around the counter and looked at us pulling away.
I rarely complain about a restaurant, let alone write a negative review, but this Subway has gotten ridiculous. Never open and when they are, they’re constantly out of items to make their sandwiches. Used to be good when we moved the area, and has slowly taken a turn for the worse over the last few years. At this point just close it.

I was so disappointed when I got my sandwich. The bread was so hard, I couldn't eat it. I feel as though when she made the sandwich she should have known the bread was too hard to serve to the public. So disappointed.
Did an only order got home One sandwich was completely wrong didn’t even order that sub. Tried to call, phone number doesn’t work. Very dissatisfied. Every time we come to this subway it’s something.
Prices in register do not match prices on menu board. Buyer beware, they’ll rip you off and then tell you nothing can be done about it. Register has a sign reminding employees to not give refunds.
I walked in the store Dec 5 and was told they were permanently closed but hope to open soon. This Subway should show closed rather than waste people 's time driving there
