A lot of folks on here seem to think that doing your basic job equals a 5 star review. Just like the employees seem to think that doing your bare minimum equals a good job.I 've been in this Subway dozens of times, as well as other locations. This isn 't the best Subway. Or the best restaurant.Look at Shawn Water 's review. First class and fun interactive experience and Super fun experience when a worker responded to a question sarcastically. Seriously? I don't normally review fast food places because they are what they are. I mean I am grabbing sandwiches from inside a gas station right? However, I was so happy with our service today. They were busy with two people manning the shop. Our server was ...I think his name was Joe. He at first seemed a little frazzled with how busy it was but he was actually just lovely. He told my husband about his weekend and his nieces, and how many he had, all while making our sandwiches. He was just a happy friendly guy and you don't get to see that very much lately. Our sandwiches were the standard, normal, nothing to scream about kind. And when we cashed out we saw the tip option and I never tip for food...

I ordered a sandwhich over a week ago online and was told that the product was out of order and that I would need to see a manager for a refund. Every time I call to speak to the manager, there 's not one there. The most recent time I was put on hold meaning the phone was just put down for 15 minutes and no one ever talked to me. I called back 5 minutes later and was told I need to come in to see a manager, but there 's only one there in the morning when I work. This has been an ongoing issue for a week and no one I 've spoken to has had the courtesy to apologize or even sympathize with what happened. Tonight I walked into Subway and was greeted by a young girl working with black hair. She had a mother daughter tattoo on her left forearm. She walked out and I stood there waiting for her to greet me, and she never did. I waited for her to ask me how she could help me, after she put on her gloves. She never did. She looked at me and said “hi.” I was baffled, so I told her what I wanted without causing a fuss. She made my sandwich and kept asking “what I wanted” on my sandwich. She never said “have a good night” or anything. The other sweet girl did that was working who helped finish the other sandwiches. You won’t be getting my service again for a long time. Went there with a coupon it expires on 25th of June I presented it they charged me full price said expired 2pm ,,well why don't it say that on coupon very unsatisfied customer will never go there again

Ask for a fresh roll! Bread waschardcascs rock. Definitely not fresh ... disappointed.
