I was really let down by my experience at this restaurant. My order was incorrect; I received the wrong sandwich, and instead of the chocolate milk I requested, I was given expired and curdled white milk. To make matters worse, my boyfriend discovered hair in his wrap. The staff seemed annoyed and indifferent, which only added to our dissatisfaction. Stopped at the Subway on Thomas, but they had a sign up that they weren't servicing drive through. I didn't want to park and go in, so I went over to Wells Road. I was greeted as soon as I drove up. I had to wait a moment or two while the drive-through person finished a task. Ordering was easy and fast. My order was ready quickly. It was hot, toasted well with just the perfect amount of everything. This is my favorite Subway. I rarely ever have issues there. I will be back!

This location has terrible service in the evenings it seems. Had an issue tonight and the last time I came.
