I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The service was lacking and I was unsatisfied with my meal each time I visited. Despite the convenience of its location near my job and the healthier options available, I found that they consistently fell short. On my first visit, I received the wrong cookies without being asked for my preference, although the manager did correct the mistake. During my second visit, the sandwich I ordered was overloaded with mustard and mayo, and I was met with attitude when I requested some to be removed. The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I stopped by this morning and when I walked in, there was no one behind the counter. After waiting a few minutes, a young lady came out from the back and asked if I was ready to order. I requested three footlong subs with just meat and cheese, and asked if she could put lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles in a separate container since I was unsure of everyone's preferences. She refused, saying she would only do that if I purchased a platter. I explained that other Subway locations would accommodate that request, but she rudely insisted she wouldn't do it. I took my niece in because we live close by and blessed their hearts, not sure if they're short staffed or what but the younger cashiers have a hard time going with the flow of building sandwiches then ringing customers up, so the older manager had to jump in and help and was all over the place herself. And it was only 2 customers. I would recommend if your not in a rush and just need a quick bite on the go

I really enjoy eating at Subway, but there’s one employee who really elevates the experience! I don't know his name, but his personality and humor make ordering so much more enjoyable. My family keeps coming back because of him—he's the reason behind about 90% of our fantastic customer service!
vendors. Subway use to be my go to subway. But as of late. They either don't have the meat I came in there for or they don't have the type of bread I want. Which is very frustrating when you've finally made up your mind what you want. Probably wouldn'tbe so bad if they had a drive through.

This Subway changed ownership about a year ago, and it has really declined. The bread is stale, and I only get a tiny scoop of meat on my steak and cheese. I’d rather drive across town to another location than eat here again.
