I would have rated this restaurant higher, but the service I received from one of the employees really affected my experience. Upon entering, I checked in on Yelp and learned that I was eligible for a free cookie as a reward for my review. When I showed this to the employee, who introduced himself as Robert, he responded, "I don't know what this is," and dismissed it, claiming it was only valid for the Subway app. His attitude was quite rude, and when I requested to speak with a manager, he completely ignored me. I hadn't visited a Subway restaurant in two years because the two locations nearby were closed due to pandemic regulations. However, I recently bought a tuna and a meatball footlong sub, and they were still delicious. The menu has even introduced a new size larger than the footlong. The staff who prepared my subs were friendly and quick, and the restaurant was clean and quiet. I will definitely return in the future.
It is the best subway in the neighborhood. Friendly staff and they carry my favorite dressing which most subways don't. If you want a little extra of something they gladly oblige unlike most who tend to be very stingy with their ingredients.
This Subway location doesn't always participate in the promotions like Buy 1 Footlong, Get 1 Free. However, it's generally not very crowded, making it a good choice for a quick meal.
