I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Not only do they close before their stated time of 9 o’clock, but the staff also seems to be facing employment issues and are generally unfriendly. I initially thought my experience might have been a one-off since I live nearby and have returned several times, but the same problems persist. It feels like the employees are being forced to work there. They don’t seem to listen when customers give specific sandwich orders, and the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. I hope management takes notice, as I’ve seen many negative reviews echoing my sentiments. This might be the worst Subway in the USA.
We made a spontaneous visit to the restaurant because my girlfriend wanted a turkey sub. I was content until I saw that she received exceptional service! I ordered a steak sub, and we were also treated to free cookies! The staff were patient, and the cookies were fresh and delicious. Although we don't typically go to Subway, this experience turned out to be a pleasant surprise with quick service.
I asked for a simple bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich with no mayonnaise due to an allergy. I used the restroom and told them how I wanted the sandwich and when I came back the sandwich had extra Mayo. When I kindly asked if they could make me a new one without the Mayo, the lady snapped and told me that all sales are final and I had to buy a new one to get what I want. Will never go back
Random visit with my girlfriend she wanted a turkey sub, I was good until I came in and saw she got the best service ever!! I ordered a steak sub and we got free cookies!! They were patient and nice and fresh!! We don’t go to subway for subs but this was a nice quick move.

When I walked in both staff members were sitting in the dining room and acted extremely annoyed that I wanted to come in and buy a sandwich? Oh and the lady making my sandwich was not wearing a mask??? The sandwich was poorly made and had little to no toppings.
The food is good and the service is excellent. This Subway is likely the best of the three near me, especially when compared to the one in Walmart. A special shoutout to the Indian gentleman who manages it at night!
My boyfriend and I went to go today for lunch and once they were doing our order the staff was giving us a attitude and didn’t put pepperoni in our sandwich once we said it twice
The worst service ever,the lady was extremely rude to me!!! sandwich tasted terrible I think the products were old, I got sick afterwards… NOT RECOMMENDING!!!

ordered by app and my vaggie patty was cold as refrigerator. Maybe they didn't torture it. even if I said roasted. so I like to go personally. ?
