I went to the restaurant with my girlfriend and observed that one of the staff members was completely focused on her earbuds and did not acknowledge us at all. Thankfully, a polite gentleman who was working with her took care of preparing our food. However, I was a bit uneasy when I saw the girl putting on gloves without washing her hands first, and her zipper was also undone. I'm sharing this feedback not to be harsh but to emphasize that customers are aware of how staff conduct themselves. Good customer service is crucial in the food industry.
After doing some shopping at Walmart, I decided to stop by for a 6-inch sub. I waited around for about a minute, but neither of the two employees acknowledged my presence. Then I noticed one male employee whose pants were sagging quite low, revealing more than they should. I thought to myself that I really didn’t want to eat there. If the young staff can’t even dress appropriately, I’m hesitant to let them handle my food. Unfortunately, I’ll need to find a different Subway, which is a shame because this location is much more convenient for me.
After finishing my meal, I left a tip for the woman who truly put in the effort. As I was leaving, I saw a man with a friend approaching the ordering counter. The friend placed an order, and, unsurprisingly, it was Mr. Lazy who made the sandwich! A little later, a couple came in, and Mr. Lazy 2.0 finally got up from his seat, but clearly unwillingly. Neither of them washed their hands or greeted the customers; they just stood there, showing no interest in preparing food. They certainly earned the title "Laziest Employees of the Day"!
I wouldn’t even give this Subway one star. I’ve never been so disappointed at this location. The two girls working were rude, and when I ordered a salad, there were no salad bowls available, so they just stuffed it into a small box. Most of the drinks on the menu weren’t working on the machines either. To make matters worse, they started watching Netflix on the TV in the dining area. Out of all the times I’ve eaten at Subway, this visit was by far the worst.
