Niemand - kein Gast und auch kein Personal. Das Personal steht vor der Tür und raucht. Muss ja mal sein kurz vor dem Mittagsansturm. Denke ich mir. Ich schaue mich um und sehe, dass wirklich jeder (!) Tisch verdreckt ist. Manchmal nur verschmiert, manchmal mit Essensresten. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot mention other positive points after the last visit. Chaotic operation. I.e. constant change of the staff at the stations. Gloves on, documents, gloves from cashiers etc. In short, it was totally messy. In addition, the restaurant did not look clean. There were food remains around (safely owed to hectic). In addition, old cartonboards and packaging materials were in the visual range. From the backstage area there was obviously a music other than the intended sounding of the guest room.
I am an absolute Subway Lover and like to test various stores. The staff was friendly, and the sub neatly made, but there was not everything I was used to in the counter very bad. Cleanliness in the store could have been better and the way to the toilets free but that was not so tragic. The worst were the innumerable fruit flies that are blurred throughout the store, that was really unpleasant!
Ich bin kein Fan von FAst-Food Restaurants, aber wenn es schnell sein muss gehe ich viel lieber in einem Subway als in McDonalds oder Burgerking. Allerdings ist dieser Subway in Mannheim nicht einladend. Direkt gesagt, ist schmutzig und das ist schade. Wenn man vergleichen will, bietet vielleicht nur der Subway am Hbf in Karsruhe ein ähnlich graues, tristes, schmutziges Einblick.

We wanted to eat something fast until my car could be picked up in the nearby car house. We had our dog. No sign at the door that dogs would not be welcome. An employee who was at the entrance by chance, obviously, just in. Take a seat. Then, after the order was received, a male employee who said: no dogs! We're out with the sandwiches and have eaten outside.
Unfortunately, when eating the sandwiches, it was noticed that several rats run through the store. I find this very unhygienic and therefore left the store. I can't recommend this fast food.
Ich war ein paar mal dort,es ist nix besonderes,das essen ist wie im jeden fast Food Restaurant.Auf jeden Fall besser als Mc Donald's oder Burger King.Die Schoko Cookies sind sehr lecker
Auch wenn man hier belegte Brote serviert. Es ist und bleibt Fast Food. Wer sich dafür begeistern kann , gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit na ja.
