First time here and last..Basic culinary/food service standards need to be utilized. Clean as you go, Change your gloves frequently, etc. Front exhibition line looked messy. Employee sense of urgency was lacking during service and employees showed no joy or emotion of any kind and seemed to not care. One gentleman working the line was asked if he was the only person working by a customer, his response was No . Customer then asked are they in the back? (subtly hinting at maybe you should call her up for assistance) his response was i don 't know where she is .The other employee did not return for roughly 10 minutes. Horrible communication amongst staff. I will stop at a diff subway from now on.
