During my recent visit to Subway, I encountered an issue with the night shift employee. It was around 9:45 PM, and when I mentioned I would be paying in cash, he informed me that they were only accepting card payments at that time. I found it surprising that a restaurant would run out of cash change. I quickly switched to my card and ordered six sandwiches, but he told me that was too many for him to prepare so late. I was surprised to find that they charged extra for vegetables here. I simply asked for a bit more tomatoes and spinach. I've never encountered this at any other Subway locations—typically, they only charge extra for avocado. Are all the restaurants in this plaza like this? This happened early in the morning, around 9 AM on Tuesday, June 18th.
I visited Subway today and my meal was supposed to include a bag of chips. When I left and opened my bag, there were no chips inside. I called the restaurant to inform the staff member who helped me, but he hung up on me. Really disappointing customer service from Subway!
The food at Subway is absolutely delicious! They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime! The girl who served me was very kind, so I gave her a tip!
