Jon made an amazing sandwich he had great attention to detail and you could tell he had amazing customer obsession. For the first time In a long time visiting a subway I left happy and impressed. Instead of wishing I hadn’t wasted my time or money. Even the lady in front of me was extremely happy and impressed with jon, I know bc she vocalized this many times while he was making her sandwich and as soon as I saw him start mine I knew what she was talking about. This guy deserves a raise or promotion. As a previous manager of a subway for 5 years o was so happy that see someone who cares about the customer at a subway.
