I haven't been to Subway in several years, even before the pandemic. Decided to stop by for a sandwich, but when I walked in, I found the menu quite confusing. I saw prices ranging from $5.99 to $10.99 and then $14.99, but there was no indication of what sizes corresponded to each price. I asked an older lady about the differences, and she repeatedly mentioned the 6-inch and 12-inch options without addressing the pricing confusion. Eventually, she clarified that the $14.99 was for extra meat, but by then, she had developed quite the attitude.

The service at this restaurant is what led me to give it a low rating. The preparation of the sandwiches felt quite haphazard. Honestly, the only thing I might consider buying again is a bag of chips. This was my second experience ordering a sandwich here, and I was let down both times. The person making my sandwich did not ask for my preferences and simply assumed how I wanted it. To make matters worse, she wiped the knife on the same wrapper as my sandwich. Also, there isn’t a functioning bathroom available for washing hands. The staff were unfriendly as well. I would definitely not recommend this Subway location.
I came across a promotion at Subway that offered a free footlong with the purchase of two. I decided to order three sandwiches, but I was informed that I wouldn't receive the third one for free. When I mentioned the promotion, they said it didn't apply at their location and was only valid at another store. Even though there were advertisements for the deal and it was printed on my receipt, they maintained that it wasn’t available. I was really disappointed with the service I received.

The staff was unhelpful during our visit. Upon arrival, they completely ignored us and focused solely on preparing online orders without any communication. When I asked if we should wait or leave, one of the staff members told me we would need to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I will not be coming back to this disappointing establishment.
I dine at this Subway quite often, and the server named Nesha/Nisha (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) along with the rest of the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I find that the food here never seems fresh, and the place often looks unclean, prompting me to leave shortly after I enter.
