I visited the restaurant with my wife at 7:30 PM on March 15, 2021, hoping to get a sub. However, a tall gentleman informed us that they were closed, even though the official closing time is 8 PM. I was quite disappointed as this is the second time we’ve experienced this, and I find it very unprofessional. Closing at 8 PM doesn’t mean that you stop serving customers right at that time, and this is something I say as a chef. This issue needs to be addressed seriously.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't bring food from another restaurant to eat inside while my husband ordered Subway. We were just trying to have lunch together before heading back to work. Your unreasonable rules cost you a sale, and it seems like you don't really care. Regardless, we won’t be coming back.
I understand that miscommunications can happen, but the wording on the voucher seemed very clear to me, and I think this was a missed opportunity for great customer service. Subway is my favorite restaurant and will always remain so. If I had misunderstood the coupon, I would gladly give this experience a 5-star rating.
Subway has been around a long time and always provides great subs on hot fresh bread. Their meats are good as is all their produce. They have a decent selection and the restaurants are always clean and organized with good service. Sometimes you just want a fresh subway sub made to order, just the way you like it.
