The vegetables used were obviously expired—discolored white and green bell peppers, cucumbers, and banana peppers. The cucumbers looked frozen, they were almost transparent. When I tried to clarify an issue regarding my order, the woman who threw me out had a negative attitude and questioned why I received two subs when I had only paid for one, despite my clear explanation. This place desperately needs a regional manager to oversee product quality. The staff clearly needs training on how to handle subpar ingredients and provide good customer service. I recently attempted to stop by for a meal, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I waited for five minutes before finally having to say "Hello?" to get someone’s attention. The staff member responded by telling us we could wait while she continued to walk around and ignore us, even spending time on her phone. I visited this Subway, which I only go to every month or two. I usually order a footlong and have them wrap it into two six-inch sandwiches for convenience while I’m working in my truck. However, today the staff informed me that they now have to charge me for two six-inch subs to do this, claiming it's been their policy for a while. Additionally, the amount of steak I received on my sandwich was less than what you'd expect on a kid-sized sub. Service was for takeout.
The woman worked beautifully and used fresh bread straight from the oven. However, the cucumbers were fuzzy and pale, the lettuce was brown, and the black olives had a white film on them. I ordered a vegetable dish but only received half of the portion of sweet items that I usually get. In the end, I ended up throwing it away and not eating it. Réservez une table maintenant
My son and I had a great experience at this location yesterday! The young lady that took care of us was extremely nice, professional, and the food was great. She did an awesome job. Plus it's right across the street from the Quality Inn where we were staying so it was simple and convenient!
