This isn't my first experience with Subway; I've been to countless locations and pretty much know what to expect. However, I have to say, this particular Subway truly exceeded my expectations! The team here really understands the vision that the founders had when they envisioned a chain of sandwich shops offering fresh food in every neighborhood at reasonable prices. Every time I visit, the bread is fresh out of the oven, and the meats taste like they’re high-quality imports from around the world. I even drove around back to see if they had a greenhouse, but sadly they don't. Still, the vegetables taste as if they were just picked from a garden and washed just minutes ago. I'm not sure why, but they don't accept coupons here. I even confirmed with them before placing my order that the coupon was valid. However, when I tried to scan it, they said it couldn't be used, but they didn't know why. The coupon wasn't expired, and everything looked fine with it— I had just received it in the mail a few days ago. I won't be returning to this location again.
My mother and I visited today with our two visually impaired friends. The servers were incredibly polite and accommodating, even though it took us a bit longer than usual to place our orders and coordinate everything. Brett and his colleague Amanda were fantastic, and the food was exactly what we needed.
