This is the worst Subway in Canberra. The staff are incompetent and lazy, often getting orders wrong and sometimes even refusing to serve customers for no apparent reason. It would be better to go to the Woolworths across the street and make your own sandwich rather than deal with these unprofessional employees. The service, food quality, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1 out of 5. The average cost per person for a meal is between A$40-60.
Subway provided us with the best Subs and service we have ever had. Our order was delivered through Menulog, and the staff even left us a cheerful note. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. We had a great dinner experience, and the price per person was between A$20-40. We give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.
To the guy that had one job. How hard is it to find an online order. Instead of shrugging your shoulders and argue with the customer do your simple job. Had to wait for your partner to find it after she finished serving another customer. Didn't even put the extras I paid for. Fitting the stereotype of a dimb witted lanky useless fast food worker well.
Was my go to place for lunch, but they can no longer scan loyalty cards and don't appear to be trying to fix the situation so I stopped going. Fortunately there are many other takeaway options nearby. Otherwise its a good Subway and is newly renovated. Réservez une table maintenant
apparently a sandwich shop had no brot to accept my order! I'm just waiting 1-2 days for my $70 refund. not sure how this helps with today's dinner plans. what a sweat. you lost a long-term customer tonight. manager was rude and no help.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad and did not receive a chicken in my order. when I called the load, they didn't even apologize and just said to call the delivery service to arrange a refund.
dreadful customer service he then continued to roll his eyes and admire me because he made a mistake and I corrected it. was not happy, even the other customer was shocked as we were treated.
Just went in and had a lady serve me, agitated me alot by me asking a simple order, she stuffed the order up and she charged me for double the amount, plus the rude customer service! Réservez une table maintenant
The staff at this Subway are always friendly and they make great subs. No disappointments. We moved to the area 8 months ago and I love how the stores are open late for dinner.
