I ordered food online for delivery and didn't have the option to choose a specific store, but that wasn't a major issue. After placing my order through DoorDash and receiving it, I was excited to enjoy my meal. However, the sandwich I ordered, which I had requested to have only ham, tomatoes, and pickles, came with some kind of sauce that tasted like mayo or ranch—something I didn't want or ask for. I called the restaurant to address the problem, but the woman on the phone didn't seem very concerned. Even after I explained that I have a severe allergy to mayonnaise—which could have sent me to the emergency room if I had taken a bite—she remained unresponsive.
The staff at this restaurant were quite rude. I specifically requested an untoasted sub, but they toasted it regardless. When I brought this to their attention, they reacted defensively, as if it were my fault. Ultimately, I accepted the toasted sub. The sandwiches themselves are incredibly sparse. Even when I asked for extra vegetables, it seemed to be an issue for them, and they still added only a small amount. The meat portion was minimal, barely covering the bread. Eating the sandwich felt more like consuming a loaf of bread. I won't be returning.
Subway used to be a good spot for a meal with satisfactory sandwiches, but that’s no longer the case. They have really downgraded! Subway has taken a turn for the worse, removing half of their menu items. There’s no more roast beef or chicken options—what happened? This customer won't be returning and will be looking for other places to eat!
