My family and I visited the restaurant and unfortunately faced some disrespectful treatment. While the food was decent, the customer service left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcome. I had gone to the restroom first, but when I came out, a new employee refused to serve me, saying she wouldn't help me. I came into the St. Anthony subway tonight, and the sweetest girl Vicky was working, my son really loves the meatball sandwich, but you were out of meatballs, but she quickly pivoted and we worked around not having meatballs and she was so kind about doing so her attitude was wonderful the Other sweet girl that was working there, I didn’t get her name, they were Bubbly, happy, and the type of employees that you really want to have, because of them, I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience with the service at this restaurant, and the food was excellent. However, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired – it was rather dull and unexciting. The tables are consistently dirty, and every time I order a sandwich, the bread is stale. The lettuce is old, and they seem to be skimping on everything else. I got an 12 cold cut combo on Italian herbs and cheese. And the bread was so over seasoned the only thing I could taste was the herbs. Couldnt taste the meat or veggies at all. I am extremely dissapointed with this service.

The staff was super awesome and went out of their way to make us feel like our needs were met. The lady that helped us was so sweet to our little boy. The service was amazing! Very down to earth and personable.
