Moreover, my order was toasted but left sitting on the line for over five minutes while a DoorDash order was completed nearby. By the time I received my sandwiches, they were cold, so I decided to take them home to air fry rather than eat them as they were. Having worked in the food industry for over a decade, I can say that the restaurant was not busy, and these problems could have easily been avoided with some basic training.
I’ve encountered problems with online ordering several times, but this experience was especially frustrating. I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad, and when it arrived, the bowl was only half full, completely lacking lettuce and dressing. I had double-checked my selections and even noted that I wanted the dressing on the side. I’m really disappointed.
We visited this restaurant on Friday evening around 6:30/7 PM. The staff members were not particularly welcoming, and the food didn't seem as fresh as at other locations. The meat had a shine to it, the ingredients were wilted, and since then, both my husband and I have felt unwell. I would recommend choosing a different Subway.
Came here on July 28 ‘23 for lunch passing through, and this team who worked here should travel the country training other subway teams. They were very fast, professional, friendly and the place was immaculate. If you own this subway you should thank them for a fantastic job. Yesterday was the first time visiting this Subway. Oh my god, the place was filthy. The guy making my wrap was literally just throwing everything on the wrap and could not even fold it like it should be. This place is a hot mess. I will never stop in here again.
Google is always trying to get me to rate standardized fast food chains. They are exactly the same in Peoria as here. If you like Subway, this store will meat your expectations.
