My family was visiting and we have ordered food from this restaurant via local food delivery platform and paid the full price upfront. The order took 2 hours to arrive and was delivered incomplete two third of dishes were missing. We rejected the order. Then the restaurant called and promised to prepare the complete order within 30min. We agreed. However they again were late, missed half of the dishes, food was cold. The service pretentiously claimed they delivered more than enough. This was shocking. I have never experienced such poor service in Switzerland. Place to be avoided.
