Sugarfire Smoke House

Alright, I’m new to town, moving from from Austin TX, so my barbecue bar is high. But, aside from the food being mediocre brisket was mostly fat), they got our order wrong, and delivered it to the wrong table where it sat for a while. The burger didn’t have the cheese or toppings we ordered. The sauces are too sweet. Employees looked bored/beaten down. I hope this isn’t the best barbecue around

Ribs are always absolute perfection with a slight bark and a juicy tenderness that you won’t find many places. You have to get the “meat daddy” plate and taste all the meats. Sides are plentiful and complement the meats well. Wide range of sauces from multiple regions to satisfy everyone. They brought their St. Louis joint to CO and it absolutely lives up to hype.

I paid $77 for a quart of Mac and Cheese and one pound of smoked brisket.. Which is because they forgot my 2nd main dish. Definitely was not a delivery mistake. Completely made a mistake and did not financially take care of it.Food: 3/5

This was the bomb! The food was so great. The service was great and the atmosphere was very laid-back. Omg their brisket is to die for and the sauces especially the coffee sauce was really awesome.Food: 5/5

Delicious! We get the family meal and feeds 6 just fine. The smoked turkey and the brisket are amazing! Service was quick, helpful, and kind.Food: 5/5
