The title of my review says it all. This restaurant was severely understaffed, with a confused manager. Despite there only being 12 people in the bar/restaurant, it took 3 hours to receive two drinks and a first class rib sandwich. We were unable to even sign our bill. I have experienced good and bad service in my travels for work, and this was definitely at the bottom of the list.
Only buffet available night we were at hotel. Unimpressive selection except for salads. Only roast beef and salmon for entrees with mashed potatoes and one green vegetable. No vegetarian options. One choice for dessert. When that ran out, a different dessert was added to the buffet line. Very bland food but I do prefer some spice with my food.

the service was mediocre. the eating was terrible, I ordered the londoner broil medium and was given what seemed a well made rock steak. it was marinated for 400 years in straight balsamic. my date had a burger and the bungalow was not edible. our waitress was in training, but the only people in the restaurant they would have been helpful.
Well we just had a business meeting here and it was exceptional. The room was large and accommodated our group perfectly. The waitress was adorable and handled our entire group in a prompt and efficient manner. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.

We only tried the wings and the Cobb salad, but they were both delicious. The service was outstanding and the bar area was very spacious with stylish, ice-cold decorations.
