soo I had the crazyest experiences ever. I ordered a cake to deliver. I called and paid cake over the phone. I get another email that says they can make cake another wise and it will cost more. E-mail also said that to confirm the cake again before they can continue. I didn't want them to go away, I was angry. had not heard from them until I called a random call on the day of delivery that they are a home for delivery. I ignored her calls. only to pay twice in my bank account. when I emailed her back, she tells me another story and something about uh yea we accused her twice and no refunds. only insanely shady. I was charged 2x, I still got cake. Thank you.
The best around! We’ve used Amanda in the past for corporate events and she has never disappointed us. Our employees always walk away with a smile, amazed by her work. She is a pleasure to work, very accommodating and has the patient of a saint! I sent her a picture of a cake I was looking to recreate for a Casino Themed party and she blew us away with her final creation. And the way she decorated the cupcakes … adorable and delicious too! This is the ‘sweetest’ (pun intended) place around. The staff is so wonderful! They have made me several vegan cupcakes and a wonderful vegan cakes for my wife’s birthday! The prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of the product. I would highly recommend sugar rush to anyone looking for a great cake! Again they even have vegan options!!!!! Amazing!
