Restaurant Sumac està ubicado en Palafolls un pequeño pueblo de las afueras de Barcelona. Lo descubrí de casualidad, su servicio es excelente y su cocina simplemente extraordinaria. En mi cena seguí el consejo de su maitre Carina y aposté por el vino recomendado que sin duda fue acertadisimo. Un risotto de gambas, bien generoso era mi primer plato. Acompañándolo me sirvieron las cabezas de las gambas. Realmente exquisitas y fresquisimas. De segundo un chuleton de 2 kilos. Si si como habéis leído 2kgs.
