Sun Fortune - Réserver une table

After a few days of running around getting stuff and organizing the new place, I finally got a chance to check out the new neighbourhood’s restaurants.1st stop was the Sun Fortune Restaurant.This restaurant has been around for many years now and was packed when we went there without a reservation. However, the nice lady at the reception was nice enough to accommodate us.The place was your typical nondescript Chinese restaurant no fuss, simply decorated joint. Prices were a little high for the small servings (smaller than I’m used to back in Calgary) but the real attractions were the amazing quality of food!We ordered: Cantonese Chow Mein 9/10! Crispy Pork Chop Topped with Dried Garlic 9/10!...

Ordered for the first time and everything was exceptional. (Pictured : pearl beef, lemon chicken, Szechuan seafood hot pot, mixed vegetables, Cantonese chow mein, white rice, mushroom fried rice, chop suey, spare ribs with honey, spring rolls and sweet and sour shrimp)

Amazing food. This restaurant is simply a hidden gem. Do book reservation ahead of the time as everyone wants to eat there.Parking: Since it is located in Pembina Village Mall, it was plenty of parking space.

Had half a bbq duck with rice and soup. The duck was 9/10, I think it was re-fried hence a little bit dry, just a little bit. But still very tasty.
