This is the second time my family has had an issue ordering from this establishment. My sister placed an order and because she was paying with card, they told her that she will have to pay $2 extra. She wasn't happy about it, but she did it anyway. They then proceeded to tell her that if she didn't give a tip, the driver might not deliver the food and it could take 1-2 hours for it to be delivered without a tip. She told them no thank you and then had to call them back to cancel the order. When she called, they told her they could not refund her money and it wasn't until my sister began to get angry that they said they'll refund it but it will take 5-10 business days. If I could give 0 stars...
Ive been a customer for almost 3 yrs.. Order atleast once a week consistantly and one time i had an emergency recently and wasnt able to accept the delivery and the food took longer than 115 minutes now im black balled from gettin any delivery.. Wow nice to know thats how Sun Hing treats their customers...then they force you to tip automatically for a debit/credit card purchase on top of a card service charge...
I ordered online for delivery, the driver sat outside my house for more then 5 min then he was startled when I came out and was looking for my food. This will be the last time I order anything from here and the Manger did not care. She just laughed it off. 5 min is only when I caught him outside idk how long he was out there for I didn't get my food until 5:05 p.m. I live down the road.
The recent renovations have made a significant improvement to the atmosphere of this takeout restaurant! We had a great dining experience with the family last night, and I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars! We ordered 6 trays of food and 5 sodas, and everything arrived fairly quickly. A big thank you to the chefs!

The food is absolutely delicious and the service is exceptional! The new woman at the front who takes orders is incredibly kind and has excellent customer service skills, which is a nice change from the previous lady who worked there. We place our orders every week!
I love their food but who do I have to blow to put forks in the bag? They never put forks or spoons in the bag... I pay over $50 per order and still no forks.... like who said I wanted to wash dishes? Put forks with every order!
Normally their food is good tonight it tasted so nasty I have no choice but to write a review the food tasted staled an overcook like it been sitting there since the day before I'm dun buying food from this restaurant.
I order the same thing at least once a week and I just noticed that I'm charged different prices for the same thing, also they give you 5 pieces of shrimp little rice that they hide with the meat.
