I ordered a ride on Thursday evening, before Christmas Eve, before Christmas Eve, so that I will be given a meal for Christmas eve. but unfortunately for me at the pre-ordered time when I arrived to collect the takeaway, I had to wait a few minutes, in a waiting area with other people, only other people apart from me where the masks carry, although there is a sign at the entrance door. after picking up my takeaways I returned to home, some miles away. my wife and I unload our takeaway, just to find that our order was not complete, missing a part of a freed rice, trying to make the restaurant call constantly engaged, so we drove the eat the meal, unfortunately the first coasre sun tong hot pl...

Ordered from here and waited two hours. Called up after waiting an hour and a half to be told it would be minutes, another half hour later it still hadn’t arrived. What made it worse was the AWFUL customer service we had over the...phone when we rang up to ask where it was. I wanted to take out my years old parents to eat something on the last day of their vacation. mama really wanted crispy shredded beef, one of her favorites. there is a little parking space on the front. mama came into the...only transport they had what was a small camper. they had sat down and the man's owner cried too big! he was very rude. Went last night normally lovely in there , ordered starters and main ....explained no fish sauce as allergy ! Ordered thai chicken curry again no fish sauce brought out beef and chicken....i said no we ordered just chicken brought again this time chicken...and prawn! Said no just chicken especially no sea food as allergy!!! By time we eventually got it our other food was cold !! My husband complained .....which was confussing as to what the problem was ! We use this place loads as we live nearby we booked a table cause of this percent deal and it was rammed but we had to wait odd minutes for our table but we diddnt mind cause food was outstanding and our server...Hannah see to our every need so did the other girls the amount of food we had was quality full of flavour just a big thank you to all your staff our friends who we went with haven't been to you before but they will certain see you again as we order takeaway to be delivered and have sat down for meals your the best Chinese in Clacton by far

Restaurant was overbooked. We booked for and there were pple booked for still waiting to be seated at No one came to see us to let us know how long or even acknowledge we were there. There was no distancing with customers...within the restaurant. The waiting area had two other families who had booked for as well so this area was also packed. This was first visit to this restaurant will not book in future

always used this for the food supply, in which it was really very good, but last time the chips were cold, special chow min tasted stale as if it was heated by earlier, so this is one I did not use again.

Had a lovely evening meal tonight. Food was awesome and very fast service. Lovely place and very cheap as it was off (eat out to help out) would definitely recommend this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant

we took out friends in from london for a sit down meal we spent odd pound for drinks and food but the food was first class hot and staff cheerful thank you
