"First time I have visited this restaurant. Very quiet when we arrived. Service started good but went downhill from there. Waited long enough for entree which came out one at a time but then the break between entree and main course was ridiculous. We asked when the food was coming and waitress said well it's cooking. While the food was beautiful I think it is a bit overpriced and service could be stepped up."

We have Iived in the area for over 25 years and had never set foot inside this restaurant until last night probably because of the preconceived ideas of suburban Chinese restaurants being very mediocre. How wrong we were! We choose to eat from the grazing tapas menu which included Peking duck crepes, twice cooked beef ribs with chilli sauce, pork dumplings with a chilli oil, blue swimmer crab dumplings in a broth, char-Sui pork sliders, soft shell mud crab on a brioche bun and ginger pear scallops on crispy pork belly to name some. All of these dishes were full of fresh ingredients with a modern twist. This was followed by a palate cleaning sorbet before the shared dessert plate which included delicious desserts. The service was exemplary. I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes on the menu. Do yourself a favour and try this little suburban gem before word gets out and you can't get a table!

Having lived locally we tried this place for the first time last night and boy we were impressed. Nothing you would expect for this calibre in mordialloc. The chef tapas menu was amazing. Every dish was an absolute delight. Beautifully presented and so flavoursome. The ginger pear scallops and the crab dumplings were absolutely sublime. The dishes came out way too fast for our group and we had to request to slow down. We had a few dietary requirements on our table which they performed remarkable to our guests. But the desserts here are the winner who would have thought. Our dessert platter was very decadent, the bombe alaska and the salted caramel parfait is got to be one of the best I have ever had. This place is got to be one of the best asian fusion places we have been to. Can't wait to come back!

Went for dinner here with Friends for a celebration and chose the 7 course Degustation with Matching wines. The food was incredible just the right amount so as not to feel totally stuffed by the evenings end. The matching wines were all Australian with a majority Victorian local wines all matching the gorgeous modern Asian food. The service was first class and very friendly. The place has a great buzz about it. Next time we are going yo do the Chef's choice menu. If you are a foodie and you enjoy Asian this is place is somewhere to definitely put on yout list. Thanks all for a great evening.

Went for dinner with hubby, last minute. Restaurant was noisy, busy, and we were seated near the front, which was near the front window. Not too bad. Order a couple of entrees, lamb ribs (fatty), duck crepe (didn't taste fresh), shui mai which was ok, salt and pepper calamari and special fried rice which came out last, the rice tasted a little burnt and was dry. Overall a disappointing meal. Service was friendly on a positive note.
