Sunflower Cafe Inc

This is the second journey of our family to Sunflower Cafe. We invited another family to join us and wanted to send them out with great sushi on their last day in Florida! Sunflower didn't disappoint! Our group included 4 adults, 1 teenager and 4 children. Everyone enjoyed their Bento Box meal, but I had a Poke bowl called “Rainbow Bowl” and a small sushi roll by Yellowtail. It was delicious, service was great, and bathroom was clean!

So good! This was my second visit and this time I brought my picky husband and children. They loved it too! We all got the bento boxes. Love them! Basically hibachi in a box. With the soup, salad and even yum yum sauce and spring rolls. All for only $11 each. I was able to get mine vegan. Their tofu is even fabulous. My family all agrees, we will definitely be back!

The Sunflower Café is a simple sushi link with some other Asian dishes on the menu. It is owned by Japanese and it shows. The attention to detail and diversity in the sushi memories is fabulous. Quality is good and the rice made right. During my recent visit, Savannah was our server and offered excellent service.

I think this is my favorite sushi joint in Tampa now. We haven't tried anything else so I can't talk with it, but the sushi is phenomenal. We went back a few days later to try more and it was as amazing. I can't wait to try more sushi and other food there.

Love this place! Best sushi in this area at a very reasonable price. It’s a small restaurant so be prepared to wait during busy times. Omakase box is our jam!
