Can not be for breakfast or brunch. I can't talk to Rise Dine. Typically only open breakfast and lunch hours (and Wednesday evenings last time I was there, but it is worth getting up early. I never had the slightest dissatisfaction with everything I've ever ordered here: it was all to just put it delicious. The coconut-crossed French toast, especially. I could work out on other things, but it's safe to say whatever you order, it will probably be great. Besides, I've never seen a more friendly or cheerful staff in my life. The service is so consistently wonderful and welcoming, the more pessimistic can wonder if it is a put-upon, but it seems so real that it is also hard to believe. And more importantly, everything is done quickly and accurately, notable considering how busy it seems to be here (understood. Rise Dine has much more in common with Grandma Iowa Farm cooking than it does with any IHOP or similar pancake house. I couldn't recommend it anymore.

I wish we lived a little closer to this place because it was part of my morning routine. So why not 5 stars? I didn't like that: inside seating was freezing. We're clean, but old. Outside chairs were the metal chairs that were not comfortable. Here they are right: They are specialized in breakfast and lunch food, so they cook it well. We sit fast and server was friendly and attentive. Our food came quickly and properly, as ordered. The food tasted really good. I had the Johnnycake Benedict. It was a corncake pancake with Avacado and fried eggs. I ordered with hashbrowns who were very good, but I wish I had the side of the fruit just to have a sweet with the salty taste. Overall, I was impressed. My husband had the Cornbeef hash. He also said he was satisfied with the taste. Two other things that were remarkable are the fact that they flavored creamers for coffee and a variety of jelly for bread.

While there is nothing special about the location, building or decor, the food is really good and the employees are friendly and helpful! I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs plate and it was excellent!
