BEWARE!!!!!!!! COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, I VISITED SUNNY’S CONEY ISLAND OVER THIS WEEKEND. SUNNY’S CONEY ISLAND SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!!!! COCKROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER THIS PLACE. WATCHED THE OWNERS JUST STEP ON THEM LIKE IT’S THE NORMAL AND NOT A BIG DEAL. IT’S A HUGE DEAL!!!! THE WAITSTAFF DOESN’T CARE EITHER. THEY SEE THE COCKROACHES AND DO THE SAME THING, COCKROACHES NOT JUST ONLY ON THE FLOORS BUT THE COUNTERS, TABLES AND WALLS, WHEN I SAID SOMETHING TO THE WAITSTAFF THEIR REACTION WAS “THE OWNERS ARE PIGS AND DON’T CARE, I JUST WORK HERE”, SERIOUSLY, IT DOESN’T MAKE IT RIGHT FOR ANYONE TO BE RUNNING A RESTAURANT LIKE THIS OR CONDONE IT. They were closing and I’m not from around here and they went ahead and open the grill up and cooked for me I have to say the food is delicious. The chili cheese fries are really good. Cookie dough cake is delicious, but as their server would say a cavity cake lol

Bad food. Dry, unseasoned and cold. Didn't eat any of our food, and didn't want boxes waitstaff didn't seem to care or notice and brought our bill promptly. Will never return. Very disappointed, could have chose a chain that's nearby and gotten better.

The whole place is run down and the wait staff seemed annoyed to be there. My boyfriend and I both ordered rye toast and the waitress argued with me about it when she brought the wrong one. Réservez une table maintenant

It's a chicken salad chicken was well seasoned everything is fresh and made to order so if your in a rush next time come early...missed my utensils and my ranch but all in all great food.

Great food. I have had several breakfast items here, consistently delicious. Staff is super friendly. Get generous portions. If you leave here hungry it is your own fault lol.

Probably the best meatloaf I’ve ever had! Great service! Home cooked. Family owned. Can’t beat it!
