Our server, Tracy, was fantastic. Despite only joining the Sunnyside Grill team in December, she made us feel like she had been there for years. She was attentive and even suggested putting the children's food orders in first so they could start eating right away and not get restless while waiting. The restaurant offered great accommodations for dietary restrictions and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Tracy's knowledge of the menu allowed her to make excellent recommendations for our family. If you're searching for a great breakfast spot in Richmond Hill, Sunnyside Grill at the Oxford Plaza (beside Shoppers Drug Mart) is a fantastic option. I personally love the California Eggs Benedict and the Toasted Western. The Tuna sandwich is also incredibly delicious. It's one of the top choices for breakfast in Richmond Hill, and if you visit on a Saturday morning, owner Angel is always there with a smile, ready to serve you a delicious breakfast. This restaurant is perfect for families, grabbing a coffee, or having a business meeting.

Too bad this restaurant was ruined from recent change in ownership. Home fries are now flabby flat fries from the freezer. New chef and staff. The coffee used to be topped up so quickly that it was always hot. Now you're lucky to get a...timely refill into your tepid dregs. Takes all the staff to prepare a bill. Patrons are not waited on in order of arrival. Toast is almost burned. The music doesn't match the clientele but I'm sure the regular crowd will disappear anyway. Extremely disappointed about the changes made to this now franchise.

I was there for a group gathering over breakfast so the restaurant had a fixed price menu with three options, all of which seemed delicious. Things were properly cooked and there was a regular fill-up of coffee.

I love this spot! The waitresses are super friendly and the breakfast is really good. They had the Apple Cheddar Eggs Benny, which is always real good! Well done, will be back

They were so friendly and food was fresh and inexpensive the waitress was trying not to buggy but still her eyes were on refilling our cups of coffee.
