2022-03: Went in for a late breakfast with my father, and the place was busy. There were no available tables when we arrived, but we could have sat at the counter immediately. We only waited a few minutes before a table was ready though.The two young ladies at the door/hostess station greeted us right away and were pleasant. Michelle was our server and was friendly with a good sense of humor. She was quick and effecient. She's definitely good at her job and has great people skills.My father and I both had the #3 breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 sausages (choice of bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, or ham), grits, and 4 pieces of toast. I know the owner of this business and his location in north Augusta. The food is prepared to your liking and the staff are prompt and attentive. You need to go by and experience they're breakfast, homemade from scratch corn beef hash. They also serve cheese burgers and a variety of Belgium style waffles with assorted toppings. The place has a diner environment with metal pull out chairs. Our party had 7 people and they told us they won't seat parties of more than 6. They did seat us for service, but forbid anyone from sitting at the ends of the table insisting our party seat four on one side and three of the other. The food was diner quality at a reasonable price. Despite having seven in our party, our service was kind and courteous.
