I don 't have a complaint about the pizza, it is good but their customer service not so much. If you place an order for delivery and Rose (if that was her name) takes your order, make sure she repeat it twice to you, spend over $70 to receive an incorrect order. I call them right back, she try to fix the order, but was incorrect again. I asked for a manager, she was busy I was told she will call me back and after over 1 hour of waiting I decided to call again, I got nothing but attitude from Rose and still no manager. Suparossa staff needs to be retrained on how to provide a good CS. I will recommend this place for the food but not for their Customer service.
I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal for delivery, with 6 pieces of barbecue and 6 pieces of fried chicken. Unfortunately, the fried chicken was dry. The barbecue chicken appeared to have just had sauce poured on top, rather than being properly glazed. Additionally, all the chicken pieces were quite small. The meal came with fries, and I had ordered an extra side of fries for an additional $5, but I never received that extra order. Instead, I only got one serving of fries, which were poorly cooked. They were greasy and soggy when they arrived. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
Went for a pizza buffet for a funeral luncheon hoping to have minimal stress during the occasion. One server for over 30 people, pizzas had to be requested and took about 30 minutes to come out. About 5 pizzas were made for the party after repeatedly asking to have more made. When given the check it was hundreds of dollars more than what it should've been. We were told gratuity was not included in the service charge and after speaking with the manager we were PROMISED we'd receive a refund and never did. They took complete advantage of the situation.
This is a fantastic restaurant! In the 11 years I've been getting takeout, I’ve never had a bad experience. They serve my favorite deep dish pizza, and I absolutely love the frito misto.

The pizza is excellent—be sure to enjoy it right after it's delivered, as it doesn't reheat as well. The salads are fantastic, and I absolutely love the steak with blue cheese dressing!

Absolutely the best thin crust pizza I've ever had! The homemade Italian sausage is outstanding too!
Suparossa Pizza is one of the best places in Chicago! I've been enjoying it for about 40 years.
