We ordered food. on the 11th august and got our food delivered at 8:55pm. The burger of my partner was that hard you couldn’t even bite into the burger it was that bad. You could knock it on the counter and it took my partner two hand to snap that how hard it was. We rang the restaurant at 9pm 151 times and it kept saying user busy! I would never order from here again and I am going to the environmental health about this not good there are serving do like that Disgrace Even tried contacting them via Facebook and they haven’t got back to us as of yet
Tried Super chippy for the first time tonight. The ribs had a really lovely smokey taste, would highly recommend. The chips however were super droopy. Got sent the wrong order but the lady on the phone was really helpful and I got my order an hour and 40 mins after placing it. I was a little disappointed with the wait, the chips and the goujons (they were a bit dry) but the super gravy was pretty tasty. Mistakes happen and I’m sure Fridays are a busy night. Should have probably collected instead and it might have been a little better.
Food was very overcooked. Had southern fried chicken and was like chewing on rubber. Curry chips were not nice. Maybe just a blip as I can't understand how else this place survives while giving out low quality food like that with so many other decent takeaways nearby. However, I certainly wouldn't go back to try that theory.
I stopped by Dundonald after hearing good reviews from others about this chip shop. I placed my order, paid, and was asked to wait in my car. My order was brought out to us when it was ready. The food was delicious, well-prepared, hot, and fresh. I will definitely be visiting this chip shop again.

The service at this restaurant is excellent and the food is very tasty. I have returned multiple times and even when I made a mistake in my order, they replaced it at no extra cost. The take-out service is fantastic and I love the food. The ordering system is also superb.
I recently tried this restaurant for the first time and it has become my new favorite chippy in Bangor. The chips were delicious and the chicken nuggets for the kids were really fresh. I highly recommend stopping by for your next chippy night.
The service at this restaurant is friendly and pleasant. The food is delicious, especially the burgers which I really enjoyed. I appreciate that they use real cheese instead of the processed, individually packaged squares.
I was given the wrong change last week, being overcharged by £1. This week, I was charged £4.80 for a small portion. Prices have increased while portions have decreased. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered from Just Eat and what was delivered to me (very late) was terrible and cold. The fries were small and looked like scraps. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
I ordered and paid for a cheesy chip and got little to no cheese. I really enjoy a cheesy chip so bb am disappointed
