Um local de tradição, reunião<br/ <br/ Adepto e frequentador há anos, posso afirmar que o bolo de todas as características que definem um restaurante é coberto de cerejas. A comida no seu geral não sendo um exlíbris da gastronomia, segue os padrões clássicos da cozinha portuguesa e cheira a casa. Recomendo o Bitoque, o Bitoque e ainda o Bitoque. A must visit. It is next to another restaurant that seems to cater to tourists on a narrow street. Wife and I were waiting for a table there. We decided to give Super Mario a try after seeing a bunch of locals going in and reading the Google Map reviews. It is a local restaurant frequented mostly by Portugese locals. Exactly the type of experience we were after. Owner doesn't speak English but seems to understand a bit of Spanish. Owner was very welcoming and always laughing. Was able to communicate somewhat through Spanish. It is located near many touristy restaurants. We had a lot of food and it was cheap. Grilled sardines, octopus rice, sausages, soup, salad, beer, soda, espresso and cake...

Cheap, local, hearty, tasty. Owner doesn’t speak a lick of English, but he doesn’t need to. Free cheese (pictured), free salad (bit on the sour side) and then two carb-heavy plates of food PLUS a full litre of wine and a dessert came barely up to about €25. A Bargain like nowhere else in central Lisbon. So close to the central touristy areas, yet no tourists whatsoever (apart from us). 100% recommend for some Portuguese home-cooked-style food!

Este restaurante faz parte de um local de reunião de velhos amigos que a faculdade proporcionou.<br/>Já lá vão quase 3 anos, em que nos juntamos nas suas mesas, acompanhados de uma óptima refeição, que nos faz sentir em casa. Obrigado Super Mário! Réservez une table maintenant

Adoro o Super Mário! O espaço é super acolhedor e familiar e o senhor Américo é uma simpatia! Este restaurante é ideal para reunir amigos! Os pratos são tipicamente portugueses e são uma delícia! Recomendo! :

Amazing place in Lisbon! Family owned and operated. The owners are extremely friendly and kind. On top of that, the food was delicious and he brought out homemade spicy salsas for us to try. Loved it!
