These negative reviews seem rather one-sided. One person is upset about a single mistake, while another is dissatisfied with a sandwich made their way. I'm sure both of them still return because the food is just that good! Personally, I always order the "cholesterol killer," which is exactly as it sounds. It's a delicious steak-style sub, reminiscent of a Philly cheesesteak but with cheese (I prefer American, topped with grilled onions and bacon). How can you go wrong with that? I also notice the owners working on weekends, which shows their dedication to the restaurant. It truly stands out compared to those disappointing franchise places like Subway or Quiznos. LOVE THEM. Ultra friendly Staff but the subs are insane. I havent bothered with a cold cut, becuz the specialties off the griddle are amazing. Try my fav, the Cordon Bleu (chicken, ham, bacon and honey mustard. The steak and chicken bombs are great with the fried peppers and onions.<br/ the special with free drink/refills is 8-9 dollars and fills you up with tons of meat proteins and their lettuce and big cut tomato makes the hot sub insane. The owners and the sub makin chicas are very nice and hospitable.<br/ <br/ ONLY downside is theres 6-7 seats when the big guys sit down. The cleintel is like 95% men lol.
Friendly and Welcoming Staff and Delicious, Generous Portions! We were greeted warmly when we entered the shop and young guy taking orders was efficient and friendly. He made sure to ask all the right questions to make sure the order was exactly what we wanted. Everyone smiled and thanked us for visiting! I got a cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms and my friend got a chicken cordon bleu sandwich both fork worthy and delicious. The orders were prepared quickly and we were able to enjoy eating them at the very near and clean counter. I’ll definitely be back to try more subs!
This is the best sub shop in Miami! While the cold cut subs are excellent, I agree with another review that you should definitely try the hot subs. The honey mustard chicken and chicken cordon bleu are absolutely outstanding! Although everything on the menu is great, there's really no reason to order anything else. The staff is always friendly, and even when it's busy, the service is quick. Ignore the review that advises against going here; that person clearly doesn’t like ham, so their opinion can't be trusted. YOU NEED TO GO HERE NOW!!! Réservez une table maintenant
I visited the restaurant about half an hour before closing time. Since there were no other customers, the service was quick. All the staff members were very polite, and they happily described a sandwich I inquired about and promptly accommodated my request for extra peppers. While these might not be the best subs I've ever had, they were still quite good and offered at a great price. I plan to return soon to try something else on the menu.
OMG this place was packed but they insisted we stayed and order. “It will be fast” the girl promised when my Mom saw the long line. We ordered To Go since I live a few blocks away. They were very fast getting our order ready and OMG it was super good! I’m glad I stayed. I’ll be coming back for more! I had the cheese steak onions and my Mom had the tuna sub.
Been coming here for years, I always get the same thing: large grilled chicken with onions, mayo on the bread, salt pepper. Best sub shop in Miami hands down. They have a soda fountain with Cherry Coke, seals the deal for me. Mom pop shop, they’re the best! (Ate half the sub when I took the picture, sorry).
