Super Tom's Burgers

The rudest employee I 've ever come across in 4 decades was working the drive thru. I ordered chicken strips and fries. Her response: The 2 piece? I said: yes, but is there another option? Her response: do you want it or not? Me: is it just the 2 piece, or is there another option? Her: ranch or BBQ, SIR?! Me: WOW, you are really rude! I 'm trying to ask you a question. Is there a 3 or 4 piece option? Her: No, there 's just a 2 piece Now I ask you, why would you ask someone, The 2 piece? When there 's only one size? And then get mad, and rude when the customer thinks there 's another size?

The burgers at this restaurant are great. They taste like your backyard grill. The eating area inside is a little small, but it's never too busy to sit down. I think some people overlook this place because as you pass by on Rosedale, you can blink and miss it. But the parking is easy and the food is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Been in Bakersfield since 2008 and noticed this place the other day passing by. Glad me and the wife stopped in to have a couple of burger combos!!!! It's our official go to burger joint now!!!! Great staff also!!!

Food is always good dispositions is the they're way overpriced and the weight times are always longe than other similar establishments

Even when well done is requested my meat is still pink. Two Stars because the shake was good.
