When we requested to-go boxes, the woman who was cleaning used the same gloves she had been wearing to pick up trash from the floor to handle our boxes. Throughout our meal, no one checked in to see if we wanted refills on our drinks. When I asked for the manager, the man at the front didn’t seem to understand me.
