Had been a while since last visit so thought we would give it a go, chicken kebab, chips etc was pretty good. The fish and chips in the box was oddly fish underneath and chips over the top. Ate some of the chips then went looking for the fish, it was tiny and overcooked, can't remember the last time I have had fish that poor. Can accept mistakes are made now and again but someone consciously served this up and covered it in chips, knowing it was substandard, and took payment for it. Won't be back.
I ordered food last night and had to call to inquire about the delivery time. The person on the phone was rude and sarcastic. I waited 70 minutes for bad food. The pizza was cold and soggy, the cheesy chips were hard with barely any cheese, and the battered fish bites for the kids meal were soft, soggy, and extremely greasy. I have ordered from this restaurant a few times before and it was good, but the service was terrible yesterday. I will not be returning.
Our family from Liverpool were thoroughly impressed with Superfry. They mentioned that it exceeds their local fish and chip shops by a mile! We enjoyed a variety of items including battered sausages, plain sausage, fish, cod bites, gravy, mushy peas, and plenty of delicious chips (which can sometimes be lacking at other takeaways, but not here). Even our picky niece cleaned her plate! Everyone in the family had nothing but praise for the meal.
We enjoy trying different takeout options - whether it's a new place, one we've loved for years, or even one that hasn't impressed us before. Superfry has been a solid 4 out of 5 for us, offering a variety of dishes like fish, chips, battered sausage, fish cakes, pizzas, and kebabs. The chips have consistently been good, and tonight's pepperoni pizza with chips and chilli dip was perfect. Our order was delivered hot, early, and ready to eat.

Still rate this takeaway. Service good as normal, food plentiful and hot to eat. Kebab for tonight including chicken with kebab meat, chips and garlic and chilli dip. Busy day and night tomorrow so bought the pizza in advance, yes not the normal thing to do but still looking forward to it. £5 money off utilising one of the ‘eats’ offers too!
Can’t fault Superfry this time. We used their own website and got a small discount. The meal was delivered within the time quoted and was hot and ready to eat. Chips were lovely and plenty of toppings on the pizza. We’d put a note on for salt and vinegar and batter, but unfortunately they mustn’t have read the note.
Everyone can have an off day so Superfry can be excused for the freshly cooked but bland, hard chips and the overcooked fish cake. The fish bites were fine but overall disappointing with the result. Prices are also notably rising which will effect everyone buying takeaways, but £3 for poor chips is a bit steep,
Couldn’t decide on what to have on the big menu, so decided on a compromise of pepperoni pizza and 4 extra toppings. With chips and a chilli sauce it was delivered quickly, hot and ready to eat. Really tasty and plenty left over for another meal!

Absolute disgrace, this shop cancelled the lunch delivery to 2 sets of grandparents on Good Friday with no notice, the shop was open and had a huge queue outside but couldn’t be bothered to fulfil this delivery
