I've never written a restaurant review before, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience, which was quite disappointing. To start, we were informed that the "all you can eat" option was available for the entire table, but that turned out not to be the case. Our bill ended up exceeding $200 for six people, and the food was just average. While I will admit that the chicken and steak were decent, we also experienced a power outage that lasted about 30 minutes, during which we sat in the dark while our food remained uncooked. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience when I called to inquire about a vegan broth option for my sister. The person on the other end of the line was quite rude, yelling at me and ultimately hanging up because she didn't understand my question. While I recognize that English may not be her first language, if you run a restaurant in America, it would be more appropriate to either try to understand my request or transfer me to someone who could help. Given this lack of customer service and poor manners, I would not recommend this place.
This was my first visit to this KBBQ restaurant, and I won’t be returning. While the food was good, the management really soured the experience for me. After receiving a bill of $150, which I anticipated, the server wouldn't let us leave until we provided a specific tip. I have no issue with tipping— we offered her some money, but she insisted on more before we could exit. So, be warned— I can't recommend this place due to these questionable practices. The food has and will always be good but it?s 40 dollars a person and the server was kind of a jerk to my parents. Every time we asked for something she seemed hesitant to give it to us and she would explain that she didn?t want us to waste it but we ate all our stuff. We got tiny bowls of rice and when we finished them and asked for more she gave us a one person serving of rice. Everything is awesome!! Great value for the money, high quality food. BYOB. Don 't be scared off by the 'bad service ' reviews....you just need to ask if you need anything and you will be graciously accommodated! One of the best in the area, don 't miss! Try the spicy squid!
